It is perhaps one of the most anticipated finals since Roger Gracie v Ronaldo "Jacare" as current Absolute champion Marcus "Buchecha" faces two times Absolute Champion Rodolfo Vieira for the title. Vieira defeated Leo Leite who upset one of the favorites Andre Galvao to reach the finals while "Buchecha" defeated Bernardo weight to reach the epic final.
In the weight divisions most of the favorites advanced tot eh quarters including Malfacine, Terra, Gui and Rafa Mendes, Rubens "Cobrinha", Lepri, Langhi, Gracie, Galvao, Barral, Estimas, Campos, Ribeiro, Camrgo and more.
In the brown belt absolute Paulo Myiao defeated Keenan Cornelius to take the coveted title. Myiao, a light feather won by advantage.
In the ladies Absolute it is a rematch with Gabi Garcia facing Bia Mesquita.
