Five Grappling is on the second tournament in as many months. They move on from California to Nevada as they make their way around the US. The first tournament provided some great competitors, but whoever wins here will face those winners and the rest at the end of the year. Five Grappling is making this more than one tournament experience, so if you can make it to Nevada head out there. But stay tuned as a tournament may be coming to a city near you.

Black Belt in 30 days...how come?
Black Belt in 30 days...how come? Just think with me guys. Let's break it down.
Let's say one guy join the gym today and he starts training one hour class. Let's say he trains 3 times per week.
That is 3 hours per week. Then one month has 4 weeks. So 3hr times 4 weeks = 12. So this guy will have 12 hours of jiujitsu per month.
So one year has 12 months. So 12 hrs times 12 months = 144hrs per year.
Lets say he trains consistently and don't quit and do it for full 5 years.
So 144 hrs times 5 years = 720 hours of training on the mat.
Now let's divide it per day. So one day has 24 hours.
So 720 hrs (mat time during 5 years) divided by 24 hours (one day) = 30. Yes 30 days.
Did u understand it?
I was thinking about that. Isn't that crazy?
The science says you need 10,000 (ten thousand) hours to be a master in something. To have a master degree. Whatever you do. You get do it for 10,000 hrs of training, practicing etc.
Are you expanding the right time on the mat to be a good master? How many hours per month do u train? Do you deserve the Black Belt? Can you be a master?
Anyone can do jiujitsu. Everyone can get the black belt one day. But isn't everyone can be a true master.

Faixa preta em 30 dias ... como? Basta pensar comigo galera.
