1) The dates available are as follows (choose any/all weeks that you prefer):
June 7th to 11th at Riverton location
June 14th to 18th at Murray location
2) Times will be 8:50am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.
3) Anyone can attend, not just gym members. Ages 6 to 14.

OLAVO ONLINE BJJ SEMINAR
Attention First BJJ Family:
One of our Carlson Gracie Professors will be hosting an online seminar for us October 17th at 10am at both of our locations in Riverton and Murray. Professor Olavo’s school has had to close for six months now due to recent shut downs that have taken place in Thailand. We want to show him and all his students our support from First BJJ Carlson Gracie Utah. All proceeds from the seminar will go directly to support our long time Carlson Gracie friend.
Professor Olavo is a 5th degree Carlson Gracie black belt and we are looking forward to his instruction during the seminar! If you are interested in this event, please reach out to Professor Carlos and Professor Suyan.

NEW DATE FOR IMPACT BJJ UTAH STATE TOURNAMENT 2020
Announcement from Impact Bjj:
Utah State bjj new date.
We have been closely monitoring the current unprecedented situation of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The health and safety of our competitors, spectators and staff are our highest priority so we have come to the difficult but necessary decision to postpone the Utah State Bjj Tournament for October 24th. All competitors who are currently registered will not have to re-register, and we will be keeping the registration open for new competitors to join the event. We look forward to seeing you all in October. Stay healthy! Thanks for all support!

FIRST BJJ CARLSON GRACIE UTAH
Attention First BJJ Family:
We are planning on reopening Monday, May 4th. The Governor has issued recommendations for fitness centers and we plan on following those directives to the best of our ability. We are taking this week by week, so please be patient with us as we make necessary adjustments moving forward.
We ask all students and parents to please carefully review our gym rules:
1. We ask that only students be allowed inside the building during class. All non-participating members must wait outside during class; there will be no inside seating during class.
2. Classes will be more focused on Jiu-Jitsu solo drilling and conditioning until we can transition back to a normal class structure. Designated spots will be on the mats for students during class. After class is finished, please leave promptly so we can sanitize the facility.
3. Class size will be limited to 12 students. Please be on time for class. Reserve your spot before class via text message.
4. Students: Please come to class with your uniform on, bring flip-flops, limit bathroom usage, bring your own drinks and personal towel, wash your uniform after each class, wear a rash guard under the uniform, and use the gym hand sanitizer at the desk before training.
5. If you are at risk for infection, showing signs and symptoms of any illness, or have an elevated body temperature, please do not come to the gym.
6. Family members and students sharing the same household will be able to train together with contact during class.
7. Murray Adults Class will be Monday to Saturday at 10am and Monday to Thursday 6:30pm and Friday 6pm. Kids class will be Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 5pm.
